What caused the fire??
It appears an ammunition warehouse caught fire.
That is a real nice hit! Looks like groups of things are on fire, in addition to the ammo warehouse. Looking forward to the damage assessment once someone buys a sat image today of the base.

🔥 The first images of the consequences of the damage to the Morozovsk airfield on the night of August 2-3 have appeared
🛰 Low-quality pictures, although somewhat cloudy, clearly demonstrate the scale of destruction. In particular, the complete destruction of one of the warehouses of aviation weapons of this airfield.
✈️ It should be noted that the Muscovites removed all the planes from the parking lot near the warehouses, but the extent of their damage is unknown.
🇺🇦 The General Staff reported the damage to this airfield in the morning. It was specified there that the warehouses with ammunition were hit, in particular with guided aerial bombs.
