        Nah dude, thats super unreasonable. If it happens multiple times sure. But if it was actually just once with no previous offenses then its weird af. Anyone could scam you out of 500$ just by calling in a noise complaint. Completely fucked concept.

          That’s not how breaking the law works. You don’t really get multiple chances.

          It’s not a kindergarten, in real world actions have consequences.

            Being loud isnt really a crime in the usual sense, its a public nuisance. Thats a completely different league and absolutely has “warning” rules for first offenders in most civilized countries.
