Grocery store had a huge bag of discounted mushrooms so time to experiment. Cooked down the mushrooms and sautéed some onions to go with. The base is garlic olive oil. Cheese is just mozzarella but next time I plan on adding either goat cheese or swiss for a bite.

I love mushroom pizza. Anyone liking hot sauce can try Dawson’s. It makes it more mushroom.
