I submitted the appeal form, but this is incredibly frustrating. I received an email from my financial advisor who cc’d his assistant. I hit reply all and got my account suspended immediately.

I put up with a lot of missing features because I like the product, but this is insane.

Edit: I’m also blocked from my calendar and I’m traveling

Update: it looks like I was banned for my display name on that alias. I didn’t know what it was for, so I put “from outlook”. I still don’t have access to my account, I’m guessing because their support is on European time and I’m in US time. So it’s a matter of getting an email message and waiting 12 hours for a reply and hoping they got yours before they went home.

Update day 3: finally reinstated

    Once a quarter I have to send out eeveral emails to a list of about 40 people to scheduling, been doing this for a year with no issues.
