Operational information as of 10.00 p.m. 10.06.2024 regarding the Russian invasion
The Ukrainian military continues to resolutely repulse the enemy’s attempts to advance deep into our territory, inflicting effective fire damage on it, exhausting it along the entire front line.
So far, 81 combat clashes have taken place. The situation remains tense, but under control.
During the day, the Defense Forces hit 13 enemy personnel concentration areas, seven air defense systems, one artillery unit and a radar station.
At the same time, the Russian invaders carried out two missile attacks using five missiles and 45 air strikes using 64 anti-aircraft missiles, and used 486 kamikaze drones on the territory of Ukraine. Also, the enemy fired more than 2,900 attacks on the positions of our troops and populated areas using artillery, mortars, small arms and combat vehicle armament.
In the Kharkiv direction, there were four unsuccessful enemy attacks in the Vovchansk and Hlybokoy districts. The Ukrainian military continues to take measures to strengthen defensive positions and borders. The previous losses of the aggressor in this direction amounted to 64 dead and wounded occupiers. One tank, seven cars and five units of special equipment were destroyed. In addition, two tanks, an armored combat vehicle, three artillery systems and four cars were damaged. 15 dugouts and an enemy ammunition depot were also damaged.
In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy tried to push our units out of their positions in the areas of Sinkivka, Stepova Novoselivka, Pishchane and Berestov settlements. There was no success. Loss of positions and territories is not allowed.
In the Lyman direction, the number of clashes increased to 12. The Russian occupiers tried to advance in the areas of Druzhelyubivka, Nevsky, Terni, Torsky, Hryhorivka, and Serebryansky forest. All attacks were successfully repelled by Ukrainian defenders.
In the Seversky direction, the situation has not undergone significant changes. Four assault operations in the areas of Spirny, Ivano-Daryivka, and Verkhnyokamyansky ended in failure for the enemy.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the aggressor tried seven times to attack units of the Defense Forces in the districts of Noviy, Ivanovsky, Klishchiivka, and Andriivka. Six attempts by the Russian invaders to break through our borders were unsuccessful. The situation is tense. The battle continues in the Novoye area.
The hottest situation remains in the Pokrovsky direction. The enemy tried 21 times to penetrate the battle formations of the defenders of Ukraine near Yevhenivka, Novooleksandrivka, Novopokrovsky, Yasnobrodivka, Umansky and Karlivka. 19 enemy attacks were repelled. Two more clashes continue near Novooleksandrivka and Novopokrovsky.
The defense forces are doing their best to wear down and contain the Russian invaders. The previous losses of the aggressor in this direction amounted to 198 occupiers killed and wounded. An SU-25 plane, one tank, an armored fighting vehicle, a gun and four cars were destroyed.
In the Kurakhiv direction, the situation remains tense. Since the beginning of the day, the number of combat clashes has increased to 17. The invaders are trying to advance near the settlements of Nevelske, Krasnohorivka, Georgiivka, Kostyantynivka, and Paraskoviivka. 14 enemy attacks were successfully repelled by the Defense Forces. Fighting continues in the Krasnohorivka region. Measures are being taken to prevent Russian troops from advancing deep into our territory.
In the Vremivsk direction, the invaders tried to advance near Vodyanyi and Staromayorsky. The offensive of the Russian invaders failed. Defense forces control the situation.
In the Orihiv direction, the occupiers carried out one unsuccessful assault in the area of the settlement of Kopani.
In the Dnieper direction, our defenders repelled two enemy attacks in the area north of Krynok. Loss of positions is not allowed.
In other areas, the situation has not undergone significant changes.
