Heartbreaking to hear they’re being cut off but history repeats itself, every time there is protest in a country like this the first thing to go is contact with the outside world.

News to me that Cuban’s had this level of access anyway. Heartbreaking to hear they’re being cut off but history repeats itself, every time there is protest in a country like this the first thing to go is contact with the outside world.
The ones who can pay the normal internet access or WiFi connection whenever they want.
