There’s a cost to everything. While they may save immediately on labor costs, they will pay for it in other ways which end up costing them the same or more in the long run. I think governments should tax this kind of behavior to correct for it (making it definitely a bad move), but they won’t. They line their pockets, selling out all the rest of us while selling the lie that globalization is good because it keeps prices down.
