My local shop was out of extra firm tofu so I made do with firm.

Delicious! I love tofu bulgogi, and this looks great! I’ve done this a lot with extra firm, myself. How did it turn out with 'firm?
Thank you! I would have preferred extra firm if I had it on hand for the texture because the firm took longer to get the water out and was still much softer than EF. But it was still delicious and I enjoyed it.
