Also vulnerable, full of combustable material and any air defenses pulled off to them are air defenses that can’t be used in the invasion, I expect.
And dispersed, so they’re pretty hard to defend. I assume that pipelines aren’t quite as desirable, but they could also be targeted and that greatly expands the area of potential targets.
