Capitalists: umm yes see north korea is bad so communism is bad.
Communists: umm yes see south korea is bad capitalism is bad.
Both true statements but as most things being an extremist is bad and both examples are technically correct. Just find the best combination of both.
I’d argue NK’s issues with housing, suicide and depression are at least as bad if not worse. I guess you could argue that work camps and conscription fix the housing issue if you’re kinda sick…
There’s no utopia. I’d pick SK over NK any day of the week and twice on sunday lol. Live on the planet that’s actually here and you’d feel the same too.
Yeah of course id pick SK also. Tho this comparison isnt totally fatefull because you know NK is a hermit kingdom and SK is one of the most succesfull economies on the world so its not just a comparison between economic systems. I think it does show that no system today is perfect and i dont think any systems gonna be perfect but we should at least try to make it better.

uh huh… one type leads to mass starvation of their population, the other to… K-Pop?
yeah that’s a great argument.
Suicide, homelessness, depression, etc. And the version of capitalism seen in south korea is already a nerfed version. You just need to nerf it more.
