🔥SOF together with HIMARS destroyed the newest Russian electronic defense complex “PALANTIN”
⚫️ During reconnaissance in the Zaporizhzhia direction, the operators of reconnaissance BpAK of the 3rd separate regiment of the SOF discovered a mobile complex of operational-tactical level of the “PALANTIN” electronic defense system. The complex conducted radio-electronic reconnaissance, suppressed the existing communication systems of the Defense Forces in this direction.
⚫️ SOF operators accompanied the target and provided information to the missile and artillery unit of the Defense Forces for further damage.
⚫️ As a result of fire damage, the enemy target is destroyed.
‼️Reb “Palantin” allows you to “blind” in the short-wave and ultra-short-wave ranges, and create obstacles for cellular and trunking communication. If necessary, Palantyn can combine various EW and radio-electronic intelligence complexes into a single combat network, which significantly increases the effectiveness of their use. The complex completed military trials and entered service with the occupiers in 2019.
