Originally 떡볶이 has korean fish cake (어묵) in it, but it is hard to come by here and I prefer to have a crispy fish filet anyway.

How do they go together?
In my opinion really well. Tteokbokki sauce goes well with many things and the filet is pollock, which has a quite mild taste and goes well with sauces. There should have been also a boiled egg, but I forgot to make them.
My partner really likes Tteokbokki, though I’m not a big fan.
I’ll be telling her about this :)
