I’ve said that with a previous date. Since then I figure I’m just more of a spectator to the downfall. Kind of like watching the climate collapse happen.
My friend calls our organizing work Hospice for the country. Just trying to set up enough stuff so that the death of the country will be as comfortable as possible for whoever we can reach.

We are preparing just in different ways. But we both have seen it for a long time. Our neighbors (those we talk to who are our age) also appear to realize it. Younger kids with children - democrat kids and dachsund know were we’re headed. The other (same age range and supporters) so have no clue.
