Looking around in company/institutions leaderships, it seems to be a common issue, that people with ego problems and being emotionally stuck in kindergarten level have been pushed to the top

As always, if you’re really good at your job, you won’t get promoted to management, because it would be a bad decision
So all those idiots, that kinda flunk it, are then thinking they are your boss, although they should be nothing more then a specialized secretary
But as their ego can’t handle that, they’re stuck in their boss role - and get pissed with every criticism

Yeah, I’m kinda pissed at the moment, because of such issues…maybe I’m a bit biased
But I’m still very sure this is true
