I feel like it’s a bit too popular of an opinion but the honest answers would be Hikaru and Magnus.
I was really impressed by Hikaru’s performance in the Candidates. I love that he shut the mouths of all those who dismissed him as “just a youtuber” and he was so close to the second place which led to the WCC. For Magnus, there isn’t much to say. GOAT
Do you think magnus has lost interest in playing any classical?
It seems that he wants to go as high as possible in terms of ELO. Perhaps he will choose the timing of his battles when he feels strong. Although this can backfire as he could get more rusty as he gets older. What are your thoughts?
