Using the same email address everywhere isn't helping you be more private. Fortunately, you don't have to create multiple inboxes: enter email aliases.
I have a custom domain that I use for email aliasing. The problem with it is if I do not create an actual mailbox I cannot reply from it.

simplelogin should be able to do that. you can selfhost it or pay for it to handle custom domains
