Being on the internet as much as I am, it gets tough. I’m thinking meditation is becoming a must in my everyday life.

I shall start doing that.

    Yeah, do that.

    Especially real Zen concentration meditation helps.
    And you should do it every day at the same time and start to work it up from 30mins to maybe 3 hours, if you really wanna go for it.

    Sitting in a Asana and only focusing on one thing.

    Just 30mins between work and sleep helped to get like a mental break line from work.
    Even though at that time I did nothing but work and sleep. Without it, I pulled my work stress also into my sleep time.

    And if you don’t just have to sleep in your free time, it’s obviously even better, because you can actually enjoy your free time and don’t get stuck in your head with work shit.

    At least for me it really helped
