    Buna! Ce faci?

    I have no idea if I did that right. I actually spent time time in Romania around 2014/2015. It was a nice place. We were around Mamaia Beach, but we did have some day trips to Bucharest and Bran Castle. Great people there and I had a great time.

    I miss some of the food there and I wanted to know, if there are any Romanian tricks for making a dish better that you learned growing up there? I’m pretty sure using fresher ingredients is a big part of it and the Standard American Diet isn’t that fresh.
