The only time I get violent because of a video game is when I hit the fucking dodge button and my guy doesn’t dodge, which makes me want to hurl the controller into the TV. “I HIT THE FUCKING BUTTON! JUST DO IT!!!”

Assuming you’re talking about a Souls game, I only just learned in Elden Ring that the dodge happens on release rather than press… I’ve been playing these games for years. Lol

There’s that, but I’m actually more talking about AC6 here since it’s what I’m currently trying to 100%. It goes on press but also the game just really likes eating your input. Sometimes it won’t heal or even fire my guns even though I am not stunned, have plenty of energy, and the ability or weapon are ready to fire.

The Needle Cannon is the worst, and there is one mission where it’s required for a boss fight. They give you very little time to actually use it and it has a delay before it actually shoots, so when it refuses to fire while I am spamming the button is super annoying.

And if you press the button for too long, the game will assume you want to sprint, instead of dodging. Also, command queue sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t, haven’t figured that out.
