What you’re missing is that this is two opposing viewpoints in a zero-sum game. You’re in one bucket or the other.

So going from 58 to 49 means that Trump looks 9 points worse, but also that Biden looks 9 points better. That’s an 18-point swing.

You can own a property and pay landscapers and handyman for less than the cost of renting. Hell, I’ve had landlords pay property managers to handle even that.
