Früher™ konnte man erwarten dass man bedient wurde. Heute muss man durch das Lager irren dass sich Geschäft schimpft und sich alles selbst zusammen suchen, dabei lautes Werberadio ertragen, und wird auch noch auf Schritt und Tritt beobachtet als wär man kriminell. (Die Kameras überwachen ja jeden, stellen die Kunden also unter Generalverdacht.) Im völligen Wiederspruch dazu werde ich aber in scheinheiligen Aufschriften auch noch gedutzt als wären wir beste Freunde und man wolle nur das beste für mich.

Da haben wir uns heute alle dran gewöhnt, aber man nimmt sich schon viel raus.

Ps: Auch interessant ist, dass man den Laden nicht verlassen kann ohne an der Kasse vorbei zu gehen. Man geht einfach davon aus dass ich etwas kaufen werde, das kann man auch als Arroganz sehen.
