  • I have successfully made the hasselbacks every time. I just cut a small slice horizontally at the bottom so they stay put when I slice into them and slice them very carefully very thin. If you slice them thick, they won’t cook well enough. Then just add melted butter and salt on top. 45-60 minutes in the oven at 225°c (435°f).

  • I have 2 De Buyers myself and they really are so much better than teflons. The instructions that came with it literally said: “The pan is usable unless it has a hole on it”. The cheaper ones tend to be much thinner so they won’t retain heat as well and can bend under heat and stress. Those De Buyers will go from generation to another.

  • I had an Ender 3 V2 and it was nothing but headache after another. Lots of tinkering to get it printing something and I was never satisfied with the result. At the end I just gave up 3d-printing for years.

Got myself Elegoo Centauri Carbon a month or so ago (350€ shipped to home) and it has been a dream. I can just throw stls into that machine and they come out great! Save yourself the trouble and get a proper 3d-printer. Look up reviews of the Elegoo CC and decide yourself.
