I play in North Carolina. Primarily speedball but I link up with my friends once a year to do a scenario game. We plan on heading to Fulda Gap this year since Oklahoma D-Day is no longer an option. My primary is a 170r but I have a pile of guns from back in the day. Several Automags, a Cocker, a Geo+, and an FEP Quest.
Thanks for the tip! I’ve seen that video. I gave it a shot but it didn’t seem terribly safe to me. The camera protruded out far enough that my face didn’t have solid contact with the goggle foam. Less contact and more weight seems like a good way to have you mask pop off. Not something I’m going to try on the field.
I’ve tried the technique that NightmarePB uses, where the mask is attached at the top of the goggles, but mounted in front of the lens in the forehead area. It seems effective, but I can’t keep it from wobbling and tapping my lens.
