The Force Unleashed Ultimate Sith Edition was the last great Star Wars game imo with Respawn’s iteration coming next but not quite reaching that potential. TFU 2 sucked big time though. Except for the presentation which was amazing. I still fondly remember some great bossfights but the gameplay and story were a downgrade unfortunately.

Interesting read. I use Connect and didn’t even notice the inproper display of Markdown, lol. One thing which happens (also on the few other Lemmy apps I used) is that not all comments are displayed. I sometimes even see the messages in my inbox but as soon as I go to the comment thread, it’s not there (despite even the comment count confirming it should be)

Can second this. Not only has it personal and collector value, you actually own it in contrast to the digital age where everything can be taken away by the host service even if you payed for it before. And no, “you only bought the license to stream it not the media content” is only legal rubbish these companies spout to justify the morally questionable bs they push to be the norm.

Similar thing happened to me and a good friend when we were little. We went outside and burnt some nailpolish by pouring it in little cups around town. One fire got a bit too big for our liking and my friend decided to stomp it out. Bad idea as his shoe started to burn and he looked like he was straight out of an Ong-Bak scene, flailing his flaming foot around. After taking his shoe off and smashing it on the ground a few more times he managed to save his shoe. Problem was the initial fire was still going and even getting bigger. Maybe it was the little workout he had just before or the panic, but he quickly thought of the next best way of putting it out was by simply taking a piss on it. Worked out perfectly fine.

As someone who never watched GoT, I have no idea what all this is about and considering how much the last two seasons get memed, I don’t think I ever will.
