Yeah, deliberately view the pain Olympics and one man one jar with them.
Give them the trauma they were looking for.

It isn’t a different scenario.
The point is that it is a hypothetical situation where you have to decide whether you want to influence an other persons death if it might save yours or not. The context does not matter at all.
You don’t get other options, you have to choose. And based on your answer, you will reveal your morality.
You put these in the same context, like a trolley problem, so you can easily compare them to other problems.

Good code is good code no matter what age it was written in.
Why change something because it is old when it works?
Your left hand is where your thumb is on the right.
Who do you think switched them as a joke?

Like that isn’t happening to The Phantom Menace?
Which is by far the worst Star Wars movie of them all.

“There are some encouraging results in the midst of these mixed findings. They are driving down phone usage, and as schools have longer experiences with phone bans, we’re seeing a shift towards more positive outcomes.”
The post literally contradicts itself.
You’re too eagerly jumping to conclusions.
What if the cross just emits a baby-shaped forcefield?
And use multiple crosses.
Make one yourself out of 2 sticks and a bit of rope. To rule out the possibility of the amulet just being magical and having nothing to do with any deity.

I’d rather see him go to prison for being a pedophile so there is at least some justice in the world
Whats up with the black hole in his pants?

That is illegal in the EU. TOS doesn’t have the power to take away rights. It is nothing more than guidelines.

Never connect your TV to the internet and you won’t have to worry. TCL is one of those brands that allows you to use it without network.
Let me just start digging a hole in front of your door, and I dare you to stop it.
Imagine what kind of clusterfuck it would be if everyone just did what they wanted.
No they don’t. Look at Aliexpress. They sell cheap crap that is so low cost, nobody bothers to return it if it breaks immediately.
The operating system doesn’t degrade, it is just the user installing more and more crap without cleaning. Which is regular usage for your average user.
A fresh install just gets rid of old crap that has nothing to do with the operating system.
In comparison, I regularly remove software I don’t need and make sure my startup is clean of things that don’t need to start every day and it keeps my Windows 11 fast as fuck. I have a laptop with an old Windows 11 install that is just as snappy as it was when I installed it.
So? Commercial is also made to be the cheapest.
Sounds like nothing more than a fresh install.
I got the same on my freshly installed Windows 11.
Those will die out as well.
Even the heat death of the universe is inevitable.
In Socialism, the means of production (aka the businesses) are owned by everybody. It is a completely different economical model to Capitalism, which is where the means of production are owned by individuals, like it currently is.
Just a couple of social policies do not make socialism.
