It was also literally an entire large island dedicated to farming before it started being urbanised so all the roads are wide, buildings are very spaced out, and there is a lot of room for business to line their surroundings with planter boxes/trees/etc.
I would LOVE to have 150km plugin range, my daily round trip is around that, which would mean I would basically never need to use gas, even when it hits -30C (I can slow charge at work so range loss wouldn’t be an issue at that range).
