

Richmond is essentially a Greater Chinatown, so it has a lot of interesting aesthetics.
It was also literally an entire large island dedicated to farming before it started being urbanised so all the roads are wide, buildings are very spaced out, and there is a lot of room for business to line their surroundings with planter boxes/trees/etc.












Probably take teslas off that list too, since they skew the numbers too much…
Which I bet removes at least one of the remaining.
