Ouais, mais de mon expérience Matrix manque cruellement de clients qui fonctionnent. Chaque client manque une fonctionnalité différente. Alors qu’avec xmpp j’ai dino et conversations qui me conviennent très bien

Ben surtout, avec un peu de bonne volonté ils pourraient juste ajouter la possibilité de mettre des médicaments à l’unités sur le dossier du patient et il n’y aurait plus le problème.
