That looks like a Cavalier King Charles. They were bred as lapdogs in the 17th century so this could be a proto version of that. My dog is half of that and he has very similar markings and ears.
FYI: don’t get a king charles cavalier. They have a lot of serious genetic health problems. Mine thankfully dodges them because he’s mixed.
