    Some cats hate it. Some cats don’t mind if you don’t show any aggressivity. I have yet to see a cats that begs for belly rubs though.

      My asks for it almost daily, but he also taught himself how to play fetch so maybe he’s part dog.

      I have one that literally rolls over on her back next to me to receive belly rubs. I’d call that begging.

      I’ll try to take a video of our orange, per him for 45 seconds and he rolls over for you to get the belly.

      Every morning with my coffee my cat will flop over for belly rubs. If you turn away from her she will walk into your path and flop over there, repeating until she gets her morning fix.

      My boy flops down on his side next to me on the couch and lifts his leg to better provide access to his belly. Every night.
