@JohnEdwa functionally no. Two parties two candidates. Legally there is room for a third party to run but functionally a third party is never going to win an American presidential election any time soon. The only way we’re going to widen the field is to vote democrat at the top (only ones open to election reform) and build ground up third party support. We CAN get third parties in lower elections. That’s possible.

We are having presidential elections here in Finland right now. We had 9 candidates for the first round from 9 different political parties to choose from.
