it’s such a pain, every day is the same and i feel like i’m the only one. the trauma is real and there’s so many options to choose from I now have a mild migraine

    Ask ChatGPT, or bing, or bard, or whatever LLM you choose. I did and specified a couple of things such as low calories, no sugar, and it came back with a list. You can be like “I don’t want red sauces tonight”, and it’ll adjust. I’m not eating Pizza every single night since starting to do this. This is almost the perfect use for it, because it doesn’t have to be factually correct, but having access to a lot of information on food can help you diversify.
