    Bad for you. Don’t know how old you are but try to break out of it now. If you can’t quiet your mind, you’re going down a path that leads to never being able to quiet your mind, constant need for distraction, constant trouble focusing. The key is practice.

    I’ve had my best gains in sleep hygiene by literally using my inner voice to command my subconscious brain that it’s dark out, that my brain must rest, and that it is now time to shut down all daytime thought processes and fall sleep. Good luck.
