Barbara Boxer wrote the bill 20 years ago, all they needed to do is bring it to a vote, there was NO reason to delay after he was sworn in. Intentionally waiting until after midterms to vote was self sabotage and they can shrug their shoulders and proclaim we tried if it wasn’t for those Republicans

You’ll notice on their campaign website there is NOTHING regarding policy, proposals, nothing but asking for money. Their entire campaign is ‘we are not trump.’ Despite him keeping most of Trump’s worst policies.
