To be honest, it’s USA policy to support Israel whatever they do since 1970. No president would have changed that, especially not trump. At least they’re allegedly pressuring Israel government to come to a peace treaty.

In the long term it’s bad for Israel because they are now pariah of the world but for the us too because being friend with a state accused of doing genocide and violating multiple international law is bad reputation.

So it’s possible they are really trying to pressure Israel into respecting basic human right.

Yep, personally pulled the trigger for every single kill. Cackling maniacally while he did so.

It wasn’t unconditional. It was conditional on Israel buying it at wholesale prices.

Sorry, let me clarify. Biden did not bypass Congress with miltary aid sent to Israel. Biden bypassed Congress by SELLING weapon components to Israel.

The original poster stated that Biden bypassed Congress with military aid to Israel.

Yeah I know that. Their point to me was that it was unconditional. Either way, we still got them military equipment they can use unconditionally to continue bombing civilians in whatever schools, hospitals, residential areas, and refugee camps are left. With the vast majority of deaths being women and children. Sure we can talk semantics about aid vs selling weapons, but the real issue is that we (the US) are the ones enabling this slaughter.
