I believe I was previously using PojavLauncher, it came bundled with my Retroid Pocket 3+, but I could have sworn it was wrapped up in some kind of controversy.

I could easily be blending together memories of PojavLauncher and PolyMC but I thought it had something to do with people using pirated versions of the game with PojavLauncher.

Either way, is PojavLauncher still the way to go? I’m not a fan of the micro transactions Bedrock edition offers.

There is no modding in bedrock. Dont let yourself get fooled. They’re talking about datapacks and resourcepacks.

Look at curseforges bedrock „mods“ https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft-bedrock/search?page=1&pageSize=20&sortType=2&class=addons

Its really structures and items mostly. No comparison to the complete overhaul you can give it in java.

There’s no normal discussion here. They want bedrock to be good because they’re used to it and point fingers at the objective arguments others make: microtransactions jump at you outside the shop, kids get sucked into paying for free stuff, they’re incompatible by design (but java modders made it possible to play cross platform), java mechanics didn’t carry over to bedrock for no reason.

These are all valid arguments and they dont want to hear it.
