Yup, my parents are right smack in the middle of the boomer gen ('50s) and we recently celebrated my dad’s 70th birthday by going on a cruise. They’re still somewhat active, but we still needed to take their age account (we did a couple small hikes as excursions).
Yeah, I think some people don’t think of boomers as 70 year olds.
The same people who still think of millennials as people in their early/mid 20s instead of late 30s early 40s.
TBH thou, like “millennials” has replaced “young’ins” for boomers, the same can be for millennials, “boomers” replacing “old man”.
