Especially notable is Bojack which is considered the GOAT and to my knowledge doesn’t feature anyone who hasn’t done theatre, tv or film. Mel Blanc did TV before he did cartoons Dan Castellaneta did Second City and character comedy for years before the Simpsons Tom Kenny was an actor for 10 years before SpongeBob And so on the only one I can think of that would meet this description is Seth MacFarlane.
