Don’t really want to spend much on a domain name. Criteria; free, Doesn’t show personal info on whois lookups.

    the .ml domains are free, available at various registrars

    and according to freenom.com, so are .tk, .ga, .cf and .gq

    not sure about personal info, though. You could try entering some non-identifiable info instead.
