Was having a conversation with a mod who was upset that I downvoted their opinion. Apparently if you disagree, you are banned. Looking at you @CHEFKOCH@lemmy.ml. I wouldn’t consider anything I did trolling or a violation of the rules of c/scandalzilla.

Respect for discussing it, regardless of the outcome. Even if you end up going with allowing the mods to have free reign, I’m glad that it’s going to be discussed instead of turning a blind eye like Reddit does.
The user reported it with no reason and then aggressively down-vote everything + providing no evidence for his argument, even if community rules are clear on that, this is not discussing, it is trying to find arguments to justify that I take legitimate content down, which I will not be a part of.
The smart way is to block users as well as communities in your settings instead of making it worse, creating more work for the moderators and then cry afterwards when you get banned for not providing any evidence at all.
You btw reported the topic it for no reason, except troll without providing anything, not evidence just nothing. I think if you accuse others of childish behavior you need to see the full picture first.
That you have interest here in this is thread is crystal clear, you dislike I did not take his content down or ban the user, now you pretend you discuss anything or that you have interest in discussion, you did not even had the respect to discuss this, you simply report it.
I never take legitimate things down, even if people want me to do that, his post is and remains legitimate and there is nothing to debate here.
It does not surprises me that Reddit hides such things because the drama is not worth it, he got banned, cannot handle it and here we are. Simple payback.
