Captain Bailey. Not because he was a great guy or anything, but he was a well written and voiced character. He is in 2 of the games and plays a somewhat important side role to the story.
I always wanted a mass effect spin off game that took place on the citadel. You’d play as a detective in csec and work with/under Bailey.
That matriarch bartender was also a legend.
