Everyone loves the simple joy of a donut, but you’re just not living life until you’ve had a hot donut.

Edit: Change this up based on how many you’re warming up and how strong your microwave is. It takes a little bit of getting to know the donuts from your local shop and your microwave and how they interact.

I think it must depend on the kind? more than 10 seconds would turn a glazed donut into soggy lava bread

Depends on the power of your microwave and how many you’re warming up. A single glazed donut in a 1200W microwave will be absolutely terrible after 15 seconds. But two glazed donuts in a 900W microwave will be divine after 20 seconds.
