There’s footage of David Prowse (Vader’s Body Actor) delivering the lines in his very real Scottish accent.
He didn’t even know that he’s not being heard on film until the filming was done.
David Prowse was from the West Country you wally, complete opposite end on the isles. He sounded like samwise/hagrid/pirates.
My mistake then, had it memorized wrong. Thanks for the clear-up.

I got two different results in my head: either the Fat Bastard, from the Austin Powers franchise, or Scotty, from Startrek.
