Freeze a 1/3 filled bottle overnight, and then you have one giant ice cube so when you fill the rest with water you get icy cold refreshing water all day long.

I am a cook and this has been a literal lifesaver for me at work in the summer.

I like to freeze it horizontally so I get a column of ice, and all of the water I put in the next day is in contact with it.

Gonna have to try this tonight because I do not do well in this sort of heat.

    Now step 1, find a bottle…

Nalgene-type bottles work great, but “single-use/disposable” bottles will also work in a pinch.
