I always thought that uniform jumper over the point collar and tie look was slick af and a really smart way for ENT to show the growth and transition of Starfleet from a near-military Earth-only organization to what we see in TOS and TNG.

That never made sense. Odo looks like that because of doctor Mora and because he’s not good at imitating faces, while the other shape shifters are good enough to pass for existing people. Yet their neutral look is Odo’s.

I thought the changeling that shared Odo’s look chose it to make Odo feel like he belonged. And her disdain for solids might have made her not want to look too much like them.

The only other changelings I remember from DS9 were,

        other changelings

The other changeling sent into the galaxy alone like Odo who had more detailed hair and features, and the espionage agent Sisko talked to in Paradise Lost who did a convincing imitation of O’Brien.

We never see a Great Link Changeling before Odo meets them at the start of season 3. Perhaps they’re emulating Odo to give the Alpha Quadrant as little info as possible. Lass, another one of the 100 infants the Link sends out as scouts, along with Odo, assumes a different face. More brow ridges, but the same hair.

The neutral look is easiest. Odo uses it because it’s the best he can do. The Founders use it because they’re lazy.

His scene with Worf where he reveals that he’s Alexander from the future is one if the greatest scenes in ALL Trek.

It’s from early TNG IIRC. They were as shiny as that blackface on the Klingons in TOS.
