Well this is a no brainer, I wasn’t super happy with BoBF (as Im sure a lot of other people weren’t either) and Im sure that LFL knows that it was a rush job. I think Boba Fest works best in the shadows off camera and popping in from time to time for awesome appearances, he just doesn’t have main character traits at all. It would have been nice to see him go bounty hunting rather than become a new crime lord. It would have been perfect for the episodic format. Instead we got snotty teenager and half built sets.

I enjoyed the expounding on Tusken culture, but for the most part didn’t care for BoBF. I mean, that spin shot in the last episode? Ugh.

I don’t think Robert Rodriguez was the right person for the job. He took what should have been a great show and made it mediocre.

This is no surprise to me. The show runners have been very vocal that the titular ‘Mandalorian’ is viewed internally as referring to ALL of them at this point, not just Din Djarin.

While this may not be what some fans wanted from the show, personally I’m still on board and excited for the future of the show. Mandalorians have been one of my favorite factions since kotor!

I always assumed Grogu was The Mandalorian and that the show is just going to be his journey attaining that title.

That’s an interesting position to take from LFL, but it kinda sounds more like pivoting than anything else.

I didn’t care for Boba Fett and neither did Disney - or half of BOBF wouldn’t have been Mandalorian episodes. they made the Fett-man a sidekick in his own show.
