This is so annoying. Even if the initial report was nonpartisan, this chair’s actions have completely undermined the report’s legitimacy. What a waste of tax payer funds. The fact that he sent the email from a personal email address doesn’t absolve his actions.

      …undermining the report’s legitimacy.

Well considering that Preston wrote a fictional report describing his findings before he was appointed to the panel, I don’t think we have to worry much about undermining any legitimacy this report might have had.

Might as well worry about tarnishing the solid scientific background behind homeopathy.

So, one of the founders (or rather, instigators) of modern Canadian neo-con extremism, one of the most hyper-partisan politicians since WWII, is claiming that:

    A) having a (shitty) Liberal on his panel made it non-partisan, and…
    B) They must use those totally non-partisan findings to CRUSH the DIRTY FILTHY COMMIE PINKO LIBERAL GAY FAGGOT COMMIE SATANIST…well, you get the idea.

Thanks Presto. If you had shut the hell up for 20 years or so, we might have actually venerated you as a statesman; but instead, you keep reminding us that you’re a small-minded fear mongering hypocrite who deserves to be forgotten.
