By your logic, where “not the solution” is equal to “he is the problem, though”, the penguins of Antarctica are specifically to blame for the post-pendemic economic collapse. They’re not the solution, so by your logic they are the problem.
He’s part of the problem because he keeps supporting Israel. He can either withdraw support or pressure support to stop bombing Gaza. With the situation as is, he’s part of the problem.
He is, though. As president he can easily put a lot of pressure on Israel to stop its genocide of Gazans.
