      Yeah like Nath said, running regularly actually strengthens your knees. It’s only bad if you try to go from not running to running a lot all in one go.

      I think the secret is to be building joint strength by running for 40 years.

      It’s funny, I want to beat his record now, but know it is impossible - I would have had to start competing in triathlons 20 years ago. It’s highly doubtful that I’ll be doing triathlons in my 80’s, 40 years from now.
