    It doesn’t want to touch that stuff with a ten foot barge pole.

      I’m guessing a bunch of these small ones go under the radar. I have been putting my donations to United 24, the top-level official conduit. Though, my CC company always wants me to confirm that I am making a purchase from Ukraine.

      Yes, yes I do, I have donated several times to the same account. One would think the CC company would whitelist that account for me.
