A pool D repeat, which England won 27-10 and Argentina failed to get out of first gear. Will we see England win ugly again or los pumas triumph?

Find out 9pm local time in Paris!

I can’t call this one, England played so much better in the semi and have developed through the tournament but Argentina will be out for revenge for the opening game.

Aye, head and heart split here. Here’s hoping for an early try and an entertaining game!

Michael Chieka freaking out with no audio is one of my favourite things to look at.

Maybe top 100. Quite a sight. He’s so animated. Like a power ranger.

Good half of rugby! England I think more in control, so scoreboard correct. But don’t think the Argentinian bench will be able to match England’s

Quite a game! Slow start cost Argentina. Can’t wait to see England at Murrayfield in Feb, suspect they are still not great really

That was a very entertaining game, although I did share a bit of the crowd’s dissatisfaction at England’s preference kick their penalties. I can’t believe Argentina missed that kick at the 75th minute but I think England would have still taken it.

TBH I’m well chuffed that Argentina’s experience in a few short seasons in our SH Rugby Championship has allowed them to improve so far and so fast to reach the WC 3rd place match.

Missed this because reasons, but at least it was closer than last time.

Tbh though, part of me would much rather teams in these games just had fun like it was a barbarians game, rather than worrying about who wins. Nobody remembers who wins these matches anyway (he says after making a comment about who won the third place play off in 2007).
